I'm Sophie - a psychotherapist and counsellor based in Chesterfield, with six years of experience including five years within a specialist trauma charity.

I work psychodynamically, less interested in quick fixes, more curious about the patterns and stories that shape how you feel - and how those might shift.

Qualifications & Professional Memberships

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy and am a member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy

(BACP membership number 400098)

I work within the BACP Ethical Framework and undertake regular clinical supervision and continuing professional development.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and work in accordance with UK data protection requirements.
